Extrusion Machine Operator

The Position:

Seeking a 2^nd or 3^rd shift Extrusion Machine Operator at our Fenton, MO Facility. While initial pay is based on experience, we offer opportunities for employee development, step increases, and pay progressions over time.

Skills & Attributes:

This role values experience in extrusion or manufacturing, with the ability to adjust process controls to ensure part quality and production rates. Candidates must work well in a team, be mechanically inclined, and able to lift 50 lbs. The position requires following instructions with minimal guidance, standing or walking for long periods, bending to lift heavy materials, and being willing to work flexible hours, including overtime.
