Thermoforming Machine Operator

Opportunity for a 2nd shift Machine Operator for our thermoforming facility in Arnold, MO.

Initial pay is based on experience, but we strive to make employee development a priority and offer step and pay progressions. 

Requirements:

• Control, supervise, and ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and established operating procedures of technical equipment and systems.
• Ensure manufacturing area is maintained and operated in a safe and clean manner.
• Responsible for producing customer products per their requirements.
• Operate thermoforming machines consistently at the most productive level.
• Possess overall knowledge and understanding of the entire production line with the ability to complete necessary paperwork.

Working Conditions:

• Shift work and occasional overtime
• Warehouse or shop environment with fluctuating temperature depending on the weather
• Lift and/or carry a maximum of 50 lbs. occasionally to frequently
• Standing for long periods of time coupled with frequent bending and stooping motions to set up, troubleshoot and operate equipment
